Company overview

Enérgeia Verde is a sustainability-driven energy innovation company committed to reshaping how green power is generated and distributed. At its heart is the Kinetic Power Plant (KPP), a technology designed to provide consistent 24/7, fuel-free and emission-free green electricity to public and private sectors alike.

Vision & values

Our vision

To lead the transition toward a cleaner, smarter energy future by delivering innovative, zero-emission power solutions that empower communities, protect the environment, and strengthen energy security across Malaysia and beyond.

Our mission

To revolutionize energy generation through kinetic innovation, delivering clean, fuel-free and continuous power that supports national sustainability goals, strengthens energy independence, and drives long-term value for Malaysia and the wider region.

The Enérgeia Verde Group positions itself as a key player in providing and selling green energy in the region. With KPP technology developed by Save The Planet AG and globalised by Rosch Innovation GmbH, baseload 24/7 supply is the most feasible green energy for net-zero or carbon-free initiatives.

We are a new kind of energy company, driven by innovation and powered by kinetic technology.

Our mission is to make green energy simple, accessible, and truly sustainable. Clean power should not come with complex installations, massive land requirements, or heavy investments, so we developed KPP: a modular, zero-emission solution that delivers baseload electricity 24/7, investment-free.

KPP Kinetic Power Plant
  • 1

    Zero emissions (CO₂, NOx, SOx)

KPP operates with no harmful emissions, supporting global decarbonisation goals.

  • 2

    No fuel required

No combustion, no supply chains, just kinetic innovation.

  • 3

Continuous operation: 8,760 hours a year

Uninterrupted clean energy 24/7, 365 days, regardless of weather or daylight.

  • 4

    Modular and scalable

Units can be deployed and scaled to meet increasing demand with ease.

  • 5

    Extremely small land requirement

Minimal footprint with high power density, ideal for space-constrained sites.

How KPP works

KPP transforms magnetic potential into electrical energy. It also uses a pneumatic system that harnesses kinetic energy through the interplay of buoyancy and gravity.

1. Electromagnetic

The generator uses circular-polarized gravito-electromagnetism to push electromagnetic potential beyond conventional limits.

2. Generator control

Air is injected into floats rising in a water-filled tank; a gear mechanism turns that upthrust into kinetic energy for the next-gen Rosch generator.

3. Pneumatic

The generator acts as a regulator, limiting the speed of rising floats so energy circulates continuously.

4. Buoyancy

Archimedean buoyancy with a specially engineered compressor and pressure exchanger for efficient air injection.

Applications

Application

Direct power supply

Application

Net-zero power

Application

Green energy for downstream green products and materials

Microgrids

KPP is installed where the power is required, from factories and cold storage to water treatment, data centres and neighbourhoods. No grid link is needed unless the off-taker asks, which avoids the grid System Access Charge.

Behind-the-meter green energy

Dispatchable 500 kW and 100 kW modules (95% and 94% generator efficiency), baseload 24/7, grid-tied zero-export, with instant island mode if the TNB supply is lost.

Powering sustainability from start to finish

We deliver green energy based on the off-taker's demand using KPP. No investment is required from the off-taker: a zero CapEx, zero OpEx initiative with no financial or operational risk. The cost is the cost of the green energy used.

Permitting and approvals

All studies, including load demand profiling and power system analysis, plus permits, consents, approvals and licences from the Authority Having Jurisdiction, are handled and managed by our company.

Engineering & development

Tailored designs that consider site constraints, energy demand, land and grid connectivity. All investment for the full EPCC (engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning) is at zero cost to the energy off-taker.

Operations, maintenance & management

Plant and ancillary facilities are highly automated and HMI-enabled, with process automation to optimise generation, transmission and distribution of continuous green energy.

Bridging hope, building futures

Our vision for a decarbonised energy future

Decarbonisation is not just a target, it is the core of our mission. As Malaysia and Singapore accelerate their energy transition, KPP provides a pathway to green, reliable, zero-emission electricity. We are here to help make your net-zero ambition a reality.

Green energy without compromise

Fully fuel-free, zero CO₂, NOx or SOx: a clean, stable supply without harming the environment.

Responsible development, local impact

We work with authorities, agencies and communities to enhance local economies and create green jobs.

Supporting national and regional net-zero goals

Aligned with Malaysia's and the region's low-carbon roadmaps.
